How much money can I save?

Savings are always relative. The largest refund a customer has received is $276 000 for a single building! The larger your electricity bills, the larger the mistakes most likely are. We will review any electricity invoice that spends over $1,000/month on power.

How are you able to find these errors?

We review your bills methodically and check every detail on the bill for potential errors. Sometimes errors are very simple such as overlapping dates being billed twice, and other errors are more complicated or technical, like power factor, or distribution charges being calculated incorrectly. The Ombudsman of Ontario thinks that faulty computer information systems are to blame here.

Can I speak with someone who has used your service before?

What if I already check my bills every month or have hired a consultant to review them for me?

Did you get a large one time refund of money by checking your own bills, or hiring a consultant? If not, then we can still help you get a large refund! We find errors in approximately 33% of all invoices which we review and an average refund exceeds $10,000!

What if my tenants pay their own hydro?

If your tenants receive their bills directly from the hydro company (such as for townhouses or small apartments) then we will not review their bills as they will be too small. If you have a “sub-metering” provider, like Enercare, Karma, or Wyse, then we will still review the hydro bills for errors. We have had great initial success in recovering large refunds for clients who use sub-metering services.
